Global Explorations may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Payment: A 30% deposit is required to secure your booking. Final payment is due 30 days before your trek date. We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.

• Cancellations 45+ days before trek: Full refund
• Cancellations 14-45 days before trek: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 14 days: No refund (can reschedule)
• Trek postponements with 14+ days notice: No fee

Fitness & Health: You are responsible for being in suitable physical condition for your chosen trek. We require full disclosure of medical conditions. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before booking.

Liability: Global Explorations and its staff are not responsible for injury, death, or property damage resulting from your participation. You participate at your own risk. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Weather Delays: We reserve the right to modify or postpone your trek due to severe weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns. Rescheduling or refunds will be offered.

Behavior: Participants must follow guide instructions for safety. We reserve the right to ask participants to leave the trek without refund if behavior endangers themselves or others.
